August is National Dog Month! Western Eagle Foundation’s Discount Food and Home Goods Store understands how important our four-legged furry pets are! If you are looking to make your own healthy and safe dog treats, we have a simple recipe, and the ingredients are available in our grocery department. Communikait’s four-ingredient recipe is easy, healthy, and a great activity for dog-lovers of all ages.
Ingredients
• 1.5 cups flour
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Dust countertop with flour and roll out dough to about 1/2″ thick.
Choose your favorite cookie cutter and make as many cookies as you can from the dough.
Bake until lightly browned, around 15 minutes, at 375 degrees.
