+CO has some exciting and unexpected ways to celebrate! Let’s start with breakfast: have you considered a waffle taco? Here’s what you’ll need and how to put it all together:
Ingredients: • Eggs (2 per taco) • Butter/Margarine • Your favorite frozen waffles • Your favorite breakfast meat • Syrup
Directions: Start by cooking your breakfast meat. If you are making bacon, try cooking it in the oven at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. While the meat is cooking, whisk the eggs with a tablespoon of water for every egg until they are fluffy. Melt the butter in a stove top pan over low heat. Add the eggs to the pan and cook over low heat. Heat the waffles per
instructions. Once all your items are done, assemble and pour syrup over the top. ENJOY!
